Urban360's BIM workshop is divided into two complementary parts.

The first, more theoretical, where the aim is to provide a framework regarding Building Information Modeling (BIM) and how this technology / methodology supports the stakeholders in a construction project, from the design phase up to the construction phase.

The second, which consists on the development of a BIM model (using adequate softwares), providing the students with knowledge regarding the different stages of the BIM modeling, with focus on the following areas:

• Structure;
• Architecture;
• Water supply and plumbing;
• Electricity;
• HVAC;
• Fire protection systems
• Energy analysis;
• Colaborative work.
